Data we collect: name, email, phone, and the information needed to manage your booking. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store card data on our servers.

Purposes: to manage and confirm bookings, process payments, communicate about your stay, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Retention: we keep your data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and as required by law.

Your rights: you may request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@micasacolibri.com.

Transfers: we share data only with providers required to operate (payment processors and hosting), under their own policies.

Cookies and preferences: we store in your browser only what the site needs to work and to remember how you like to view it. None are third-party or advertising cookies. There are four: a technical session cookie (cc_session), required to book and to protect the forms, which expires when you close the browser and also remembers the language you pick; a preference cookie holding the currency you want prices in (cc_currency, one year); and the two statistics identifiers described below (cc_vid, one year, and cc_sid, thirty minutes). The light or dark theme uses no cookie: it lives in your browser's local storage. You can delete all of it at any time from your browser settings; the site will keep working, it will just stop remembering your preferences.

Visit statistics: we record the pages viewed on this site along with the IP address, an approximate location (country, region and city), the browser, and the link you arrived from. This tells us which content is useful and where people find us. The two identifiers named above are first-party, anonymous, and never linked to your booking. IP addresses are deleted automatically after 90 days. If your browser sends a «Do Not Track» signal (DNT or GPC), we record nothing.
