By booking Casa Colibrí you accept these terms.

• The booking holder must be of legal age and is responsible for all guests.
• The stated maximum guest capacity may not be exceeded.
• Hours: check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
• A booking is confirmed only after full payment. Unpaid bookings are released automatically.
• The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay.
• The laws of Mexico and the State of Baja California Sur apply.
